Your account and data

You're in control.

You can export your library and permanently delete your account in the Kinogarden app.

1. Sign in to the account you want to manage.
2. Open Profile → Settings → Export or delete account. You can also reach Your data from the accounts screen.
3. If you want a copy, choose Export library and save the file somewhere private. This is optional and is not a restore feature.
4. Read the deletion notice, acknowledge that it cannot be undone, enter your current password and choose Permanently delete this account.

What happens next

Once accepted, deletion closes your account and removes your profile, reviews, viewing history, rankings and lists. There is no recovery period. Other saved accounts are unaffected.

Photo and sign-in cleanup continues in the background, even if you close the app. Follow the in-app status if your request is still processing.

Reported content may remain as private evidence while a case is open and for 90 days after closure. A minimal decision record may remain. Saved exports and copies held by other people cannot be recalled.
